Kamogelo Mosime announced as Yellow Card's new Country Manager for SA.

Pan-African fintech Yellow Card has appointed Kamogelo Mosime as Country Manager for South Africa, as the company looks to strengthen its market position in the country. The announcement was made by Mosime on his LinkedIn page.

“After securing an incredible total raise of $85 million, Yellow Card is the largest and first licensed stablecoin on/off ramp in Africa and being part of a mission that’s reshaping financial access on the continent in a career milestone I hold close to my heart,” said Mosime on his post.

In response, the company said, “With a strong growth vision and a passion for innovation, Kamogelo is poised to take the lead and strengthen our position in South Africa. We anticipate an exciting journey in the future.”

What is Yellow Card?

Yellow Card is the largest and first licensed Stablecoin on/off ramp in Africa. The company provides secure and cost-effective methods to buy and sell USDT, USDC, and PYUSD via local Africa currencies directly, and through its Payments API. The company also facilitates popular tokens like BTC and ETH, directly via local currency payments.
